A: There are two main historical feature s in the SNIPER-STRAPS:

The gliding function of the strap debuted two centuries ago with the “US Cavalry Carbine Sling 1885".
The upside down connection with a sling attached was already in use with many photo and film cameras in the fifties and sixties.

Q: The carbine hook on the SUN-SNIPER looks similar to a hook on a camera strap system that had a lot of problems with cameras dropping, because the carbine hook just fell apart.

A: Do not worry. The hook system has been standard in the industry for many, many years. The SUN-SNIPER hook is made under SUN-SNIPER supervision and additionally double checked in Germany – one by one - before delivery.

Q: Is SUN-SNIPER only good for big cameras?

A: Not at all! The SUN-SNIPER designers know what their customers need. This is why the SUN-SNIPER shoulder pad is detachable.

If you only need your Canon G10, hidden under your photo vest or jacket, just leave the shoulder pad at home.

Q: I am very tall/big – Is the SUN-SNIPER the right size for me, too?

A: Yes, SUN-SNIPER has always had big customers, so we took that into consideration . We created the LENGTH and SHOCK EXTENDER for exactly that purpose. It also gives you a second SHOCK ABSORBER for more comfort with large c ameras.

Q: Will SUN-SNIPER integrate pouches for cell phones or memory cards into the shoulder pad ?

A: No, definitely not. This section of the system should be able to form itself snug-tight to the shape of every individual body.

Q: Is SUN-SNIPER only available in black?

A: The professionals like it completely black, so that is our main color. But when you look at the SUN-SNIPER videos, you will notice that we have introduced a beautiful mixture of black and gold. We will offer even more variety in the future. The nice thing is, you can swap to the color you like by just changing the shoulder pad.

Q: Why does SUN-SNIPER not provide a "Stopper" at the bottom of the strap?

A: Because the camera will always look for the lowest hanging position possible. If the camera is stopped by the "Stopper" it will drag the shoulder pad of your shoulder.
